Fat Larry`s Cheesesteaks and Hoagies in Baltimore

A bit of a shady area and parking is bad. Got the Groupon for this place. It's good, but still a bit pricey. Fries are a little above average, the mozerella sticks probably aren't worth it – they were $6 for 5 little sticks. Cheesteak sandwich is pretty full of flavor, but again $12 is a bit expensive. Cook's were very nice.

Service was excellent food came out tasteful, quickly and neatly prepared. There famous chilli truly earns it's name.

Ordered food. Was told it would be 1 hour. At 1 1/2 I called and was told the driver would be there in 10. At the 2 hour mark was told driver just called and was 2 minutes away. At 2:30 she showed up. Food box was crushed. The soda was warmer than the food. I called back immediately and gave them a choice, call the girl right now and return the money or be back in 10 minutes with new warm food. I was passed to someone who re-took my order and said we will see you in 30-45 minutes. I told he blankly, "Not a chance in hell", just return my money. New person came on and said someone will be out there soon and hung up. Of the 6 people I spoke to on the phone, no one even said sorry. I seemed to be annoying them by ordering food and then really seemed to putting them out by asking that the food be warm. Finally got food. No sorry, no it is on us. No we apologize. Save yourself the trouble

Ordered a sandwich, fries and a soda. They sent me soggy fries and a dry sandwich with no lettuce tomato. Apparently, if you forget to mention it, they won't ask and they'll just send you a dry sandwhich. Then they copped attitude and hung up on me when I said something about it. Not an overly positive experience. Would not recommend.

Best Cheesesteak in town hands down service is excellent and fast.

I ordered for the first time yesterday and about the only thing I liked about this place was the delivery driver(kind, mannerable, respectful) the order taker didn't give me much option it was basically rush, rush, rush; a "What you want?" Type of place. Not friendly at all I felt so unwelcome to this business. AND THE FOOD!!! ABSOLUTLY AND POSITIVLY DISGUSTING. EVERYTHING SOGGY AND NO FLAVOR! I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

The worst cheesesteak I have ever had in my life. I could have made one at home better with steak ums. It fell apart the moment I picked it up. Full of grease. The "baltimore fries" I ordered had barely any Old Bay on them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here. It is not worth it. Horrible food.

Avoid. Dirty ice and the management is insane.

Ordered through grubhub. When the order never arrived I called to check on it and was cursed at, nothing but FBOMBS, and told they weren't delivering. Worst service I've ever received in any country

Good food, best Philly cheesesteak outside of Philly IMO. I'm not a native Philadelphian but this is good! Highly recommended are the steaks and the Steak Fatty sandwiches. Not big on fries but the seasoned fries are good. Can't wait to visit again! Made a second visit recently - suggestion if I may: Fat Larry's should start offering optional sides of whole cherry peppers just like they do at Pat's in Philadelphia.

Good cheesesteak place. Parking is hard to find, but a great spot if you’re in the area. Food was delicious.

Had an amazing and pleasant dining experience for an impromptu date night. We ordered an Italian and Big Fat cheesesteak with fatty fries, Jack Daniels wings, n super hot wings. With our dog in tow we had planned to get carryout n picnic at fed hill but the weather was on a different page. The staff informed us of thier dog friendly back patio and we were sold. We passed through the hip ND lively speak easy "the Joint" on our way out back and enjoyed a great tasting meal with our fur baby. We definitely will be back.

A Groupon experience. The food average. The sub was more roll than meat. The onion rings were fried too hard but, the sweet potato fries were pretty good. Purchasing the lunch special is the same price as the Groupon. The savings only come into play if ur ordering everything seperately. Overall, there are better sub shops than this one. Next.....

Fat Larry's is an unassuming cheesesteak hole in the wall on the otherwise bustling Charles Street. However, I have never been disappointed with any cheesesteak I've gotten there. They have relatively mammoth portion sizes and the cheesesteaks are grilled fresh to order while you wait. They do have a bar attached so on a Friday or Saturday night it may be a little on the busy side, but you can pretty much safely get a quick lunch or dinner here any day of the week that will be filling and satisfying. I especially recommend the seasoned fries as the accompaniment to your cheesesteak.

was given sweet potato fries without requesting it .i looked past it and kept the fries .both of my cheese steaks was ordered with everything on them .both subs had no fried onions and we were given extra extra hits this made the sub cold. Food was NOT good at all !

Great place for a quick bite. Situated in the Federal Hill neighborhood, finding parking spots may be tricky. Food tastes good, and they have the best meatball sandwiches. They melt in your mouth.

They never answers the phone. Smh

Larry's Cheesesteak got to get it unfortunately the business is closed no longer there don't know what happened going to miss it

I was born and raised in west Philadelphia, so i'm pretty familiar with a good cheesteak. Last night I ordered a Philly CheeseSteak and cheese fries from Fat Larry's. I'm always a bit skeptical about getting CheeseSteaks outside of Philly but man was I pleasantly suprised. It was The Best Cheesesteak I've had outside of the 215 hands down. Every time i'm in Baltimore this is where i'll eat. Wish I could give Fat Larry's 10 stars.

FattyFries and Wings of any kind

This place claims to be a sandwich shop, bar, and "java joint". Fat Larry's can't get even one of these right. Beyond slow service, dingy inside, overpriced, and sloppy sandwiches that at "meh" at best.

Service was great, fast ,and very friendly.The food was OK. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and some fries. The Philly Cheesesteak tasted like it was missing something and the fries were too crispy

The food was pretty good but when I went to open up the ketchup bottle it had so much pressure it blew ketchup all over me! Then the guy sitting next to me said the same thing happened to him. All I got was A towel and I'm sorry, and the girl running the cash register did not know what she was doing! She had to have Fat Larry help her two times.

I was walking around Fed Hill before the Billy Joel concert and couldn't find an open bar seat to save my life. I walked past Fat Larry's and happened to notice the sign that said "patio seating/bar in back" and decided to give it a shot. It was relatively quiet back there, but it made for a good time. I had a few $2 Natty Bohs and great conversation with the bartender, Kelly. She even gave me a drink coupon out of the blue! Nice place- hope they get more staff in there to handle the load when it does get busy.

Really...really....worth it...it was me & my husband's 1st time it wasn't disappointing at all worth every penny $40 for 2 wasn't bad at all will be coming back 4 sure with our kids.

Do not get delivery. Waited over 3 and 1/2 hours, and was still fully charged.

New to Baltimore. Live three minutes away. Ordered an Italian Hoagie and Baltimore Bay Fries. To the people giving this a one star for crappy food and bad service, maybe you should consider tipping. Tipped the lady $5 and my food came out in 5 minutes or less.

Not a place for adults, young kid hangout. Staff didn't even want to be there and sandwiches was not good. Steak sandwich had very little meat and Italian had no mayo as requested.
